Built around your individual goals and long term health requirements, the programme evolves with you. Sessions across each modality are flexible, progress is carefully tracked and adjustments to movement, nutrition and lifestyle are made whenever needed. You are encouraged to journal throughout — your reflections becoming part of the practice itself.
