The number of sessions for each modality are flexible and the program details are outlined in each package with a clear set of goals in mind. You are encouraged to share and journal your experiences throughout the program. Adjustments to the exercises, lifestyle and nutrition may be made accordingly at any given point in your journey to match you at the stage you are at.
