A private Yoga session goes beyond the posture. The practice slows down — breath by breath, pose by pose — with precise attention to alignment and the intelligent use of props to support your body exactly where it is.
The asana is never forced onto the body — rather, it becomes available to the body, allowing access to the energy it naturally harnesses. The result is more clarity and more release to where tension was once held.
In a group, something different happens. A shared rhythm emerges. Awareness expands — of your own body, of the space around you, of the collective energy in the room. You arrive as individuals. You leave as one.
