Deepen your yoga practice in your one-to-one session, bringing specific attention to your alignment and your breath in your asanas. Props are used to accomodate your body to access the poses and to encourage the flow of energy into the body with ease and comfort.

Come together with your friends and family and become aware of the space the body is occupying within you and around you. Feel energised and rejuvenated with a common rhythm and energy as you practise together with a common goal.
