Sea & Stillness
Designed for coastal resort properties, Sea & Stillness draws on the ocean's natural capacity for restoration and healing. Using the body's innate connection with water, guests are guided away from the noise of their daily lives and back to themselves through breath and Pilates movement at the water's edge. Restorative Yoga is tied in with guided meditation. Ayurvedic self-care principles are weaved in and optional Ayurvedic assessment is available for guests looking to dive deeper and be equipped with tailored self-care rituals to carry home.
The Inward Journey
A deeper immersion for guests who feel overstretched, disconnected and experiencing some physical discomfort in their daily lives — The Inward Journey is a structured programme of movement and bodywork designed to decompress, repair and rebalance. the nervous system. Beginning always in the body, each day builds on the last — releasing tension, restoring ease and guiding guests back to a state of clarity, balance and renewed vitality. Attention to proper and targeted breathing is a focus in this programme. An Ayurvedic assessment is encouraged for guests looking to adjust their diet and nutrition.
